Separate the ingredients
Remove the lid and set aside the inner tray with the toppings and noodles.

Heat the broth
Microwave only the broth for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Add the noodles
Add the noodles to the hot broth and gently stir to separate them.

Add the toppings
Add your toppings and Karadare (UMAMI spicy sauce).

- Be sure to leave enough soup in your bowl.
- Add the Kaedama noodles after the first batch of noodles have been eaten.
